We stayed at the Grand Hyatt Seattle, conveniently located downtown. The hotel was luxurious and family-friendly, providing comfortable accommodations and easy access to Seattle’s main attractions. Staying downtown was a great choice, as it allowed us to walk to many places and use public transit effortlessly.

Navigating Seattle with Public Transit

Seattle’s public transit system is fantastic for families. We used the monorail, which runs directly from downtown to Seattle Center, home to several of the city’s top attractions. It’s quick, efficient, and a fun ride for the kids. Additionally, getting to and from the airport was a breeze with the Link light rail, which offers a direct route to downtown.

Traveling around Seattle is easy, thanks to the Seattle Center Monorail. This convenient mode of transport connects downtown with the Seattle Center, making it a breeze to visit top attractions like the Space Needle and MoPOP.
